Money growth over peoples sanity.

The environment is very “we are all in this together!” Great people trying to work hard in most cases. They work with you on schedules and are flexible with parents who have kids (sick days and getting out early/working from home)
|
Management does not seem to have an understanding on how their decision effect the general employee base. A lot of people work way more then they should not it seems to be a non-issue for many management. Company is very CEO/chief run.
