Mercantile treats their interns very well! They make you feel like you’re a real employee, not just an "intern". During the school year my supervisor always made sure that school was a priority and was very flexible when it came to exams/studying. The department I was in was very supportive, professional, and made sure I was learning new things. I was involved in several projects relating to my career goals which helped me gain experience that I can take with me anywhere. The most enjoyable part of the internship was working on projects that had real value to the company, not just getting coffee or making copies all day. I appreciated the weekly check in’s and encouragement the department always gave.
