Workload and project criticality is not fairly distributed
|
- Typical day WAS NEVER ENOUGH due to tons of sub-activities to cater assigned by all departments, aside from the typical job that must be done within the day, timelines are never met due to workload assignments that were not distributed fairly
- Appreciation and recognition of efforts are negligible unless you have perfect results and aligned with what the management want to see
- Agressive and visible employees are the lucky ones.
- Earned confidence and capabilities that I am not aware that I have and I can perform.
(Not the same case lately due to favorotism and discouragement from leaders)
- Most toxic culture is "ALL ENGINEERING RESPONSIBILITY" Mindset and "Blaming instead of moving forward"
- Most enjoyable days are the old days

Management act like they have your best interest at heart but couldn't care less of you. Pay is Awful and if you make any kind of mistake it's a witch hunt, never the machines fault that the techs and engineers have zero interest in keeping in good working order.

the company prioritize their employees more rather than the higher ups, unfortunately in my case (Hopefully), the team that I have assigned to, there is one person always finds way to blame you or the other team member that they don't like, other than that management still value the employees as there asset, many bonuses and hopefully in the future, the salary will compete with the current market.
