Let me start by stating the obvious. More DIVERSITY (specifically ethnic minorities) included within the upper management ranks, Learn the differences between leaders and managers (Leaders-inspire, empower, possess integrity which means their honest, create leaders not followers; Managers-control, micromanage, LIE, blames others, criticizes. The organization needs to be dismantled and completely overhauled starting at the top! Accountability must be shared throughout the enterprise. Both regional managers and district managers should be rotated every 1-3 years based upon performance. Human Resources is completely ineffective under the leadership of the house mistress (T.E.) and should be revamped ASAP! Immediately discontinue the practice if forcing the employees to solicit customer imformation for the purpose of harassing customers who do not buy that day (Buyer's BEWARE). Reinstate the option for employees to obtain healthcare coverage via the ACA Health Marketplace. Finally, stop being politicians by nature.
