There are a lot of great people you get to work with here and compensation is decently competitive. Culture is pretty decent.

The company is not profitable (was recently bought by private equity) and has made a lot of moves to try and change this trajectory. Those choices have unfortunately led to a lot of constant change, multiple layoffs, and a lot of burnout.

Great staff who were there for a long time

Took on a new leadership team here in Dublin, starting Jan 2023. This leadership came from the failed yoga world and was given the responsibility of running the whole EMEA sector. Worse decision they have made since selling to STG! How the hell do you hand the keys of a full business to a failed yoga teacher?? Makes no sense.
The culture is gone, there is no team atmosphere and this is showing within results over the last year+.
