Food available for breakfasts and lunches. Some very nice peers to work with.

Had fantastic management, but the management was changed - TWICE! - and got worse with each new regime. No appreciation for those of us who worked long, hard hours to help the company after the management changes. A formerly great company destroyed by lack of vision when the original management was forced out to "take the company to the next level", which never happened, of course.
