The ambassador will manage the deal flow with a high degree of expertise.  This role acts at the liaison between sales representatives, partners, and our customers to ensure a professional and positive experience from start to finish. In addition to transactional support and industry knowledge, this role requires a hands-on approach and creative problem solving. </p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions:</b></p><ul><li>Single point of contact for vendors (partners) with a high-level of professionalism; both verbally and in writing to provide the most positive experience for customers and partners</li><li>Liaison between Program Relationship Managers and vendors while being professional and demonstrating an excellent customer/partner experience</li><li>Manage the deal flow from application through to funding by acting as the primary contact throughout the funding process</li><li>Responsible for maintaining excellent service levels with regards to app to fund process</li><li>Submit incoming applications including application entry through to credit decision process, conveying credit approvals/declines along with proactively managing the app backlog by calling our vendors to proactively close transactions</li><li>Ensure that all credit stipulations are cleared including contacting the vendor or customer for missing information, and coordinate clearing applicable stipulations within authority</li><li>Generate and/or process incoming documentation requests from vendors using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures to enhance efficiencies and the overall partner experience</li><li>Review of all documentation in a timely manner including following up for missing documentation from the customer/vendor</li><li>Responsible for submitting account adjustments post booking to modify existing contracts and to correct errors</li><li>Troubleshoot partner issues along with coordinating with internal support departments to help resolve and escalating urgent matters when needed</li><li>Responsible for processing all contract funding in accordance with all state and federal regulations as well as company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest level of service to our customers and partners</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree required</li><li>4&#43; years of sales, sales support, or customer service experience</li><li>Customer service focus and a professional approach to building B2B relationships with ability to seamlessly manage the customer/partner relationship</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and T-Value</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing the priority of differing tasks</li><li>Excellent organization, time management, problem solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills</li><li>Top notch listening and communication skills; both verbal and written with ability to negotiate</li><li>Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>Ability to understand end-to-end commercial leasing and lending processes</li><li>Financial services experience preferred</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package along with an excellent benefit package to include medical, dental, life insurance, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with match, flexible spending, and generous paid time off.</p><p></p><p><i>Marlin Capital Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</i></p>Partner Ambassador - Working Capital (Hybrid - Mt.
