If you treat your employees who are experienced and are loyal badly then what will happen is you will lose your valuable team members & have to constantly recruit new starters, which is not good in any business!!
Amazing product to sell and yet the Management are not interested in looking after their No 1 source of income - the remote staff!?? This is not rocket science guys!!
