NCL was a great place to work . I made great friend and meet a lot great people the crew and passengers alike. I got to travel to different location I probably would not have ever traveled to, if I had the chance to work for them again I would drop everything I 'am doing and go .

It can be a good place to work at if youʻre not an outside sales person. If youʻre able to go through the first year of filtering out who wants to go on a cruise and who doesnʻt then you should be set. First year is VERY slow and monotonous. But, there are some I worked with that were bringing in a lot of money each month because theyʻve built their portfolio over a few years.

It does help entry-level personnel to go in to get a feel of mariners career. You work 10-14 hours for a very low wage with no conversations especially working as a crew in motel Department.
Each individual mariner paid by the country worth of standard of living.

I recommended NCL because it has a very good treatment for passangers, officers on charge to keep safety are excelents. NCL provide opportunities for employees to feel free to dedicate a short good talk with passangers.
