Hybrid setup after the pandemic, office is at RCBC plaza which is very secure. Location is in the heart of Makati CBD.
Pros: Company benefits especially the employee purchase stock plan. Avail of this plan while you can.
Cons: The culture is now BPO-ish and very less professional. Leadership people who can't lead and has obvious favoritism. You cannot climb the leader if you're not a bootlicker.
