Internal politics, extremely toxic, in-fighting over customers all over the place; No career movements, you are against a bunch of senior citizens stuck at their level for decades with nowhere to go; Shady, call themselves as an American bank sometimes a Chinese bank, depends on where they got their money most at the time, but actually run by Taiwanese; No diversification in work force; Poor culture, no values.
