nasdaq:pgny progyny.com progyny.com Oct 19th, 2019 12:00AM Stock Plan Administrator Open Finance New York, NY, United States New York NY USA Oct 4th, 2019 12:00AM We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Finance team as a Stock Plan & Payroll Administrator.    This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and investors on equity related matters and ensure all equity transactions are processed in a timely manner. They will be responsible for coordination with People Operations and Payroll teams on equity compensation and for liaising with legal and tax resources on maintaining global compliance regarding stock compensation programs. Reporting into the VP Finance, the Stock Plan Administrator will serve as a key resource for maintaining a high-service level and handling special projects.    What you'll do...Always maintain equity database and ensure record keeping accuracy of employee and equity data including the following: processing new equity awards, managing vesting, exercises, terminations and cancellations, and reviewing equity transactions.Produce recurring reports for multiple corporate partners (e.g., HR, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Accounting, etc.) and vendors, and respond to ad-hoc data requests.Provide excellent customer service to equity participants at all levels and to partners across departments and respond to employee questions.Administer the Company’s trading policy, trading and black-out windows, and 10b5-1 plans.Assist in the preparation and filing of Section 16 reports, as well as proxy-related compensation disclosure.Support with the education of equity programs, in partnership with People team.Process semi-monthly payroll for all employees (hourly and salaried) including verifying employee’s hours workedProvide routine monthly reports requested from payrollManage 401k enrollment, deductions, garnishments and PTO accrualsReview and analyze monthly changes in salary, wages, taxes, and benefit expensesEnsure compliance with all federal, state and local payroll lawAssist with cross-functional ad-hoc projects as needed.About you...Bachelors Degree3+ years of relevant experience with public company equity administrationWorking knowledge of SEC reportingFamiliarity with legal, tax, and compliance concepts relevant to equityExperience working with equity management softwareStrong attention to detail to ensure data integrity and accuracyStrong interpersonal skills and positive attitudeAbout us...Progyny, is a best-in-class provider of fertility and family-building benefits.
