As an Impinj RSM you will work closely with Solutions Engineering, Inside Sales, Marketing and Partners to drive Impinj reader silicon products into our customers’ product portfolio.Your efforts will maintain Impinj ‘s center-stage position in the expanding IoT market as you interact with key movers in the industrial, medical, retail and consumer markets. The ideal reader IC RSM candidate will address following opportunities:Focus on exceeding sales goals and targetsHelp generate / drive long- and short-term sales strategies for target markets and customersCreate and maintains key relationships with customers and market influencersOversee the OEM, channel and distribution sales activities in sales regionSupports marketing programs & trade showsParticipate in business & product strategy that impact roadmaps and GTM strategies Execute cross-selling campaigns to increase Impinj reader IC penetration and customer valueProvide near- and long-term forecasts for sales regionParticipate in license agreements and supply/support contracts with partners and customersDemonstrate ability to influence senior customer execs and decision makersTravel: 50-70% time The ideal reader IC RSM candidate will have following qualifications: Results-oriented and driven to hit sales goals and targetsMinimum 10 years of experience selling into OEM and embedded marketsIoT embedded design-in experienceTrack record of building and sustaining relationships at CxO level (execs, marketing, architects)Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and be flexible with an ability to prioritize & execute multiple strategies across multiple markets, partners & end usersExcellent communication skillsExperience working with system integrators & end customers to drive new hardware solutions for both enterprise & consumerMBA, BS-EE, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related technical experience a plusRAIN RFID wireless communication experience a plus Language skills English and ChineseKorean and/or Japanese language skills a plus
