Good place to enstill work ethic and mentality, but rather poor when it comes to satisfying employee pay to survive/underload
|
I do enjoy the atmosphere of the place and that it is under new management. I also know that you can learn about basic wiring and troubleshooting to figure out game problems, essentially giving you some independence on how to resolve issues. The current issue currently regarding my position is simply put being given work in the first place as the company is not giving out enough hours to everyone to ensure I can live comfortably. It does not help new hires as well seem to be incompetent when it comes to cooperation and not learning from mistakes.

Scheduled work can change each week to give few/more days, Rude or incompetent guests, No good way to increase pay except in moving up in positions which if only available, redundant busy work

Poor management
|
Management is only concerned about themselves. They sit in the office all day while you struggle to work out front alone. Only concerned when corporate comes around. Servers are always late or don’t even show up for shifts at all and you are expected to stay for there convenance. Entire kitchen quit. Managers looking at the recipe books to cook some food half way. Nothing good to say about how this store is run!!

I love working here. This was one of the best jobs that I have had. It was a pleasure learning and growing with this team. Also, it was a lot of team effort morale at this company. As a manager, we were able to play the games free of charge. We weren’t able to redeem tickets for prizes but playing the games were fun enough. Also, food company wide (minus alcohol of course) up to $250 a month. It definitely came with great perks. A lot of drama; not good management

I’ve worked here for a few years and have nothing by issues. They don’t pay good at all and I do just about everything. I am finally about to leave because I am sick of it and they let other employees do what they please with terrible management all the way around the whole store.
