IT leadership USA and HR Hyderabad made it horrible place of working. Higher management is sleeping and supports few employees in IT leadership who are responsible to make TCP a horrible / worst place. - A third class organization HR department is full of incapable people. - HR Team sitting in Honk Kong, Hyderabad, Gurgaon are of no use and having no basic skills / knowledge. - HR, Admin Hyderabad demand money from employees a big big shame. - Worst HR, admin at Hyderabad / Gurgaon ever seen in anyone's life. - Basically there is no HR. It's group of hobo, recruited from local tea shop. Don't higher employees and get the work done from 2-3 IT leadership people sitting in NJ office Your failure on higher management level has brought TCP shares ($9) on the same lowest level the way you've created culture / environment in the organization. Working here you will gain a lot skills and qualities learning how to multi-task, deal with complicated customers, and how to run a business. If you have a great manager and supportive leaders it can be fun and a great learning experience. The discount and ability to interact with customers were really the only highlights of working there. What is the most stressful part about working at The Children's Place? There is so much demand for so little. They say they have competitive pay, yet as a full-time lead (assistant manager basically) I made the same amount of money that a part time cashier makes at Walmart. They demand you to push credit cards, update marketing, change the floor layout, keep up on the hundreds of messages that come through on the iPad, all while still trying to greet every customer. There isn't an ideal time limit on any of this either. It needs done the moment they decide they want it done. Yet the requests are nearly impossible to complete. What is the work environment and culture like at CHILDREN S PLACE? "We have a business to run." They preach diversity and being inclusive, yet if you don't speak English or need any sort of accommodations, you're basically a walking target for passive aggressive comments and constant threats on your job. What is a typical day like for you at The Children's Place? I'd walk in, not even clock in yet, and be told of all the ways the store was falling apart for that day. You have no time to make the store look nice and engage with the customers.
