Poor management, no one really keeps track of things,, or employees. unfair HR representation when a problem arised did not want to talk and try to fix and get to the bottom on things. Unfair wages as in when I got hurt at work instead of accommodating me I have to do a less straining job while getting laid less than what I normally do just for having an injury.

US Autoparts is not a BPO set-up. This is an in-house ccompany.I handled returns and warranty, Tier 2. Agents from Customer Service transfer their calls to us to assist customers if they would like to return, exchange or would rather have a refund with their product received. This is a very challenging work since you need to qualify customers with their reasons of returning.

Long hours since you need to send email to the factory and sales department depending which error.

Pay is okay.

Decent job, started out great but around thanksgiving time hours started being cut, you get to use YOUR vacation time to cover hours missed, the company doesn’t cover it. So you can choose to if you want to go home and use your hours, or take time off when you need it. Probably a good summer time job but not so great during the holiday season.

Terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend working at the vegas location to anyone. Spent a full year here and only received a 50 cent raise. Bad training, unprofessional. All the management, supervisors, and leads all pick and choose a who they like.

Extreme favoritism and last minute schedule changes

If you don't speak Spanish or Tagalog, management couldn't care less about you. Never got a raise until I went to HR about a shift lead bullying me. Hostile work environment. Schedule changes made during your actual shift. No respect for employees. Coworker was fired for attending her brother's funeral. Promotions based on favoritism and not skill or work ethic.

Horribly run with no processes

They don’t post jobs on here anymore because of their negative reviews they moved to another site where you can’t review the company.
I worked here for a month. That was a month too long. Management at the time was run by mostly people who have been with the company for 10-15 years and were family. They hated change and treated temps and employees with no respect.
They have no SOPs, no training guidelines, they treat temps like trash. The HR is very inexperienced and takes to a personal level with no respect for the job.
