It's a beautiful office and has nice perks. Some really wonderful people.

Peloton culture has changed for the worse. Teams are burnt out across the board. And morale is especially low. Most people are checked out. Tech debt is crippling. Constant fear of layoffs.
Lots of new hires are insufferably arrogant with a messianic complex. They've become a cancer to teams they join. It's made work cut throat and competitive. Meetings are usually filled with slander on how the other team is incompetent if they don't don't it their way. Insane amounts of gratuitous kissing up and self promotion. Everyone is out for themselves. The toxic theme is everyone thinks everyone else is dumb and they're the genius, so tell everyone else how to do their job.
Managers appease difficult employees instead of doing their job correctly. It's also likely that you have a manager newer than you. So they have no idea what you did, and you start from scratch.
Leadership is scattered and arrogant about the brand. Brand identity is confused.. Be innovative. There aren't many more people who want to purchase highly expensive exercise equipment anymore. Our bike product is 10 years old, time to try something different.
Stock is beaten up with no signs of recovery.
