Uneasy and weird workplace

Company lies about paying out bonuses to employees just to get them to work harder and managers are fake will lead you on with false information about staying with the company. The company is all over the place they hire employees for a short period of time then fire them with a one week notice. Horrible company! If this company tries to hire you RUN!

A real mixed bag.
|
PREFACE: I am contracted for Peloton by another company. Direct employment experiences may vary.
Peloton doesn’t seem to know what they want to do with themselves, and the feeling is a bit “off” with them.
Management on their end is a bit pretentious, two faced, and showing a level of general disdain for all contractors associated with them.
Work is hectic, and sometimes they have no answers to issues, so you’re left confused while you might have a member on the phone who’s just as confused, and now probably angry.
Pay is mediocre compared to office market rates, so try any other office if you want something suitable.
Lastly, they’re just uncertain, and it gives you an odd, anxious, feeling knowing you’re working for a company that doesn’t seem long for this world. That alone takes an interesting mental toll. Assuming the sheer boredom of the job hasn’t already made you apathetic.
Not recommended. Try somewhere else.

Decent pay but a turbulent company

Company pays well and has great benefits, but work life balance is not great due to retail hours. Lots of changes within the company makes it difficult to feel settled in what you are doing.

there is a lot if talk about doing the right thing and everyone is pushed to do courses but in real life it's a different matter.
I wish I never worked here, I often feel like jumping off the balcony at HQ.

Nothing. They play favorites. Horrible place to work if you are a hard worker

The fact that they play favorites . I never missed a day or was never late and they still didn’t keep me after my seasonal term. They kept people who were extremely absent and late because those were their friends. Horrible place to work if you are an honest hard worker

Not good. Very hip hop and no diversity at all. Pretty much racist environment
