It was a good first real job but thats all it is. Its a good stepping stone job to have. Don't have or make plans on staying for a long period of time because you'll stay in the postion you are in for many years before you move up

Working at Royal Bank America there was no room for advancement no matter how dedicated you were and the pay was much less then that of other community banks. We were always short staffed and there was no work life balance. I would not recommend anyone apply at Royal Bank America

A typical day at work required constant interaction with customers, performing transactions, settling my cash drawer every day, referring customers to loans, and opening various accounts. I also dealt with preparing shipment in and out, issuing bank checks, and handling large cash deposits.
