Top producers goals increase substantially each quarter. The more you sell the higher the goals. Your territory is small and they don’t give you more accounts to sell to as you are closing business your opps become limited. No increase on base pay in 3 years and everything is much more expensive.

Contract Employees Struggle to make $$

Somewhat flexible schedule if you keep the calendar open 8 am to 8 pm; doesn’t mean your scheduled to work tho
|
- your availability needs to be open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week to gain any momentum here, which isn’t much
- appointments can stay on your calendar for days, even leading up to an hour before appt where it can be canceled for various reasons without pay; since your calendar is blocked leading up to the event you cannot be open for other business
- AA’s haven’t had a cost adjustment in the past 8 years, all the while the cost of car, insurance, cell, gas, etc…all increases annually
- paid per unit, the it is very hard to make over $60k without exhausting yourself
- all expenses out of pocket
- you are NOT an employee and likely never will be
