<p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p>
<p>Remitly is looking for a Senior Executive Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to our General Counsel, you will provide seamless support to the GC and her organization, which includes the Legal, Compliance, and Risk Product teams.</p>
<p><strong>You Will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage complex calendars, schedule and prioritize meetings across multiple time zones</li>
<li>You will develop an understanding of priorities and manage executive's time in a way that promotes productivity and efficiency</li>
<li>Track and promote completion of important deliverables, following up on outstanding items</li>
<li>You will manage quarterly processes collecting and distributing Board and Audit Committee materials with board management software: Diligent, and creating workback schedule for OKR documents</li>
<li>Provide direction on using contract management software: Ironclad and DocuSign</li>
<li>You will partner with the team to develop the strategic planning timeline, deliverables, and employee communication</li>
<li>Help with creation and implementation of employee engagement plans, with a focus on employee recognition, DEI, and workplace belonging</li>
<li>Maintain Google Slide decks for use with all partners</li>
<li>Organize and prioritize time sensitive information to ensure action</li>
<li>Meet with Administrative team and LCR leaders to communicate team priorities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>6+ years experience managing complex calendars</li>

<p>The Customer Success team earns lifetime loyalty and trust from customers by promptly resolving customer issues, an essential service performed by over 1,000 Remitly agents in operations centers worldwide. Analytics for Customer Success is provided by a team of data analysts and analytics engineers located in both the Seattle corporate office and international operations centers. This team provides the strategic insights, analyses, forecasts, budgets, and metrics which support data-driven decisions.</p>
<p>As the Director of Analytics on the Customer Success team, you will be a thought leader and people manager who applies deep analytics expertise to make meaningful and lasting improvements in our customer experience. <span>As </span>a senior leader<span>, </span>you will<span> work </span>cross-functionally<span> with</span>, operations leaders, product &amp; program managers, and other Remitly analytics teams to identify areas of opportunity, design solutions, measure impact, and provide recommendations. <p><strong>The goal of the Fraud, Identity and Risk team</strong> is to distinguish good customers from bad actors, so we can provide a smooth experience for the former and put friction in front of the latter. You will help achieve this goal by building tools that help understand customer and fraudster behavior, and ship software that balances superb customer experience with acceptable risk exposure. You make people feel valued and are comfortable working across cultures and socio-economic classes. You can identify unspoken customer needs.</p>
<p>Reporting to the Engineering Manager for Passbook, you will work in Java and Go codebases to bring exciting new features to our customers, while mentoring others, and making sure the team has the right tools to succeed. <p>North America Product team owns multi-platform customer-facing products for Remitly's North America business. We develop product features to engage and retain customers and stay connected to how customers use them through A/B tests. <p>About the Role:</p>
<p>As part of the Infrastructure Engineering team, you are focused on building infrastructure, networks, and automation systems in the cloud that contribute to our customers' peace of mind by providing guarantees of security and availability for all Remitly applications. You provide a high level of service to all Remitly developers, and help them quickly learn and iterate by improving the observability of our infrastructure systems. You report to the Engineering Manager of Infrastructure and Corporate Systems, and you work with all other teams, but especially Security, Corporate Systems, and the Developer Experience teams.</p>
<p>You Will:</p>
<ul><li>You build and drive adoption of infrastructure tools and systems that are forward-thinking, are well-instrumented and well-documented.</li><li>You build cloud infrastructure that is secure, reliable, highly available, and cost efficient.</li><li>You evaluate and promote new technologies for adoption across the team and all of Remitly Engineering.</li></ul>
<p>You Have:</p>
<ul><li>A BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>5+ years of relevant engineering experience.</li><li>Experience building scalable Infrastructure on a major public cloud vendor (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li><li>Experience running modern containerization platform in Production (Kubernetes, Istio, and supporting tooling)</li><li>Scripting/programming knowledge. We bring value through automating Infrastructure management, and experience with Software Development will be a very useful skill to have on this role.</li></ul>

<p>About the Role:</p>
<p><span id="58172c0685d619830f53674f5d473a8e" class="editor-module-hl-blue-solid">We are searching for</span> an expert and business owner for our Accounting application software. <span id="c173b382012f7b78accfcadbe4f59721" class="editor-module-hl-green-solid">You'll</span> lead changes and improvements to our current accounting application software, strategize and implement new ways of improving processes and productivity, and document processes and requirements for these changes. <span id="a29226cab72961a7b02bf5a7a9b0ab22" class="editor-module-hl-green-solid">You'll</span> partner with the business to enhance current configuration, identify opportunities for functionality uptake and build and support recurring projects. <span id="7d41e121c2ec2e06c26687aee7129607" class="editor-module-hl-green-solid">You'll</span> report to the VP, Finance Operations and support the broader Accounting organization.</p>
<p>You Will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide daily ERP administration support around process enhancements, security assignments, and reporting requests and act as the escalation point for ERP process or configuration issues raised by end-users.</li>
<li>Consult as the system expert with partners and end-users to find opportunities to improve our processes by rethinking existing configurations.</li>
<li>Build reports and dashboards to create self service, and develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, end-user training resources and communications.</li>
<li>Lead testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end process testing and user acceptance testing, and manage upgrades and releases.</li>
<li>Working with the Internal Control Compliance Manager, ensure internal controls over the systems, including those over user access, change management, and user control considerations are designed and operating <span id="e8743bb77a4d2c4a5da2ead527c680db" class="editor-module-hl-grey-underline">effectively</span>.</li>
<li>Work with InfoSec to ensure application security is compliant with Remitly's Information Security policies</li>

<p>You Have:</p>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/Accounting, Operations, Information Systems</li>
<li>Solid finance knowledge including Accounting, Close Process, Financial Reporting, SOX, and Internal Controls.</li>
