No support from upper management unless it was a direct benefit to them. Pay was below average for equal positions. Favoritism. Different rules depending on the department you were in.

A company is only as strong as its management. Most executives are toxic, out of touch, and don't trust their employees. It is not surprising HR Managers are constantly resigning. Technology is not modernized and it can be difficult for employees to get the tools needed to do their jobs.
