Easy & boring with little to no work advancement
|
Job was easy and boring with little to no work. Very high turnover as well. Could not get 40 hours from sheer work. Had to clean for hours to get 8 hours. Management would pick favorites and would only talk to certain people. Not a lot of room for growth as management would hire family and friends and skip over company grown employees. The culture was nonexistent, really felt like you were there and then weren’t. Just doom and gloom workplace. Best part about the job was how easy it was and worst was how there was little to no advancement.

A typical day consists of being online and receiving work via email. Management and team can view your email. Any new people are treated poorly because the tenured employees are tight and cliquey with manager. Don't bother with making a suggestion or offer an opinion on work-related topics because it is going to be a shot down. There is a daily and mandatory call that comes from good intention but its poorly led and unproductive. It's difficult to come into this group because the tenured know everything and they and the manager are toxic. The job itself was very manageable but the micromanagement was insane. Our clients noticed the toxicity from the workers, that's bad. I heard about this only after leaving.
