This is a horrible company they don’t care about you your family they don’t care about work life balancing I was treated badly at this company I would not recommend anyone to go there I work here almost two years nothing but pain and suffering management is horrible so many people tried to tell me about this company and I didn’t listen they have people leaving all the time and they discriminate against there employees .. The customers and the other employees really do make for a good job. It can be very fast paced, and it's easy to get overloaded with work, but overall that doesn't detract from it being a great place to work. The management can be a little subpar, as there are a lot of older people in management that aren't keen on changes and updates. So the bank as a whole seems to operate very behind with technology. They aren't fast to change, as the management is comfortable where they are. Hours are good depending on the department you are in. Staff and colleagues are great to work with. The only downfall is no headphones in the operation department which can be very noisy throughout the day.
