Good at not being micro managed. Poor at training and procedural resources.
|
No organized training at all for new hires. They throw you into the fire right away so you have to figure things out for yourself quickly. Day to day operations aren’t micro managed so there is a sense of being able to make decisions without someone second guessing you.

Just don't do its not worth it! Management doesn't care and they will spread you out so thin you will never get anything done.

Maintaining 3+ departments solo
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Keep your feelings to yourself
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Maintain men's department, maintain shoe department, unload trucks, make sure all signage is correct, Cashiering and promoting credit card sign ups; this counts twords your metrics, folding cloths and tagging, loss prevention. Doing ratchet repairs and putting together grills. So so much more I was severely underpaid and stressed out.
