The volume/notification customization issues are well-documented in other comments so I won't bother repeating them, save to say that they are nonsensical and honestly Android should flag Spoke for not following guidelines for how notifications should work in Android. The app's possibly most annoying flaw for me is the way deleting pages works. No way to multi-select, and the way the "swipe" function works is absolutely infuriating. Takes 3-4 tries to successfully swipe.
