Good management provided clear direction, support professional development opportunities, and foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Communication between management and staff was crucial for ensuring that projects are on track and that any issues or concerns were addressed promptly.
The workplace culture was good. It promoted teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to quality and safety. A supportive and inclusive culture where I felt valued and respected could contribute to job satisfaction and overall productivity.

very good WLB. People there are very helpful and nice. Very flexible working arrangements as well. Facilities are top notch (includs badminton courts, gyms, recreational rooms)

Overall it is a great company, pay is good and benifit is great. Coworkers are very nice, and easy to work with. The job security is not perfect though.

Trying to get a wage increase.
This place will do almost anything to NOT give out raises.

Clean rooms and factory type work. Repetitive.

Work and stay busy. It’s repetitive so you kinda always know what needs to be done.
