I wanted to work for a thriving cannabis company but this is not that company.

Unorganized hiring staff. Refused to conduct the second interview and kept pushing back the interview date that they themselves set for our interview process. It seems that the repack manager is to busy to entertain potential new hires and chooses to waste their time instead of respecting that we all have busy schedules and things to do in life and work. I was excited to be on the team, but now i will be selling my Tilray stock. It seems clear to me now that this company is failing for a reason. No need to apply unless you have a month to wait for the managers to feel like speaking to you about employment there.
