For the most part you just sit and wait for customers to come in. Hours and pay are pretty bad, the commission system is a joke and so is management. Unless youâre looking for a simple part time job and donât care that much about money, I wouldnât work here.

Good Money but Changing Company

T-mobile has the potential to be a great work environment, but your success rate, team mates, management and focuses can vary greatly from store to store. My experience at the 2 stores I worked at was the first being closed due to not enough foot traffic, but I had a great team and helpful store management. The second store was faster paced and had a much stronger need for self sufficiency, but my team was always willing to answer a question. Other than that base hourly is decent and you can make good money through commission, but to truly succeed you need to have drive to sell and get placed at a busy store.

Loved T-Mobile, but the Pandemic and working in Mall location killed me.

Very fun and inclusive company to work for. The pay was great, benefits, 401k, ESPP, so much more. I wish the circumstances would have been different, if they were I'd probably still be here.

The company is great, pay and benefits, management support...all wonderful. However, the customers are awful, you will take a mental beating all day and the abuse the customers dish out at you while you're trying to help them is unreal. You will go home and question if you really need the job.
