Hours and pay are pretty bad, the commission system is a joke and so is management. My experience at the 2 stores I worked at was the first being closed due to not enough foot traffic, but I had a great team and helpful store management. The second store was faster paced and had a much stronger need for self sufficiency, but my team was always willing to answer a question. The company is great, pay and benefits, management support...all wonderful. However, the customers are awful, you will take a mental beating all day and the abuse the customers dish out at you while you're trying to help them is unreal.
