Global Investment Operations = HORRIBLE

TRP is on the decline (used to be excellent) but still great benefits and nice campus in Owings Mills.
|
Many departments are still great, but Investment Operations has never really been great and is getting worse! They brought in new so called "senior management" a couple of years ago that are...interesting choices. Wow.

Massive ethical issues need to be addressed within the "director" level. Lack of managerial skills at this level is frightening. Just saying "yes" all the time to their manager isn't leadership. Job security, yes, but not leadership.
