- I had some really great co-workers within my department.

- unlimited PTO was nice
- the constructive feedback helped me grow
- I gained invaluable skills

The primary reason for me leaving had everything to do with misaligned values and behaviors that ultimately left me feeling uncomfortable, disregarded, and disappointed. Layoff after layoff after layoff contributed to a low morale that leadership / management couldn’t fix, in my opinion.
