What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:

A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who is willing to deliver on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from planning to Production. Prior experience of banking / telecom industry will be an added advantage.
We are looking for someone who have BS/MS in Information Security/Information Technology and should have 2-3 years of experience having security monitoring and security incident management skills; these skills are key to meet the performance expectations for this role. Should have Excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences with Professional security certification, such as Certified ethical hacker (CEH), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI), Penetration testing certificate, Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
This position:
- Will identify, categorize, prioritize, and investigate events rapidly utilizing triage and response guidelines for the enterprise using commonly available JSOC log sources that include:
- Firewalls and network devices
- Infrastructure server and end-user systems
- Threat intelligence platforms
- Web proxies
- Application logs and web-application firewalls
- Identity and access management systems
- Cloud and hybrid-IT provisioning, access, and infrastructure systems
- Antivirus systems
- Intrusion detection and prevention systems
- Monitor incoming event queues for potential security incidents using the Enterprise Security Management (ESM) tool as per operational procedures.
- Perform initial investigation and triage of potential incidents, and escalate or close events as applicable.
- Monitor JSOC ticket (or email) queue for potential event reporting from outside entities and individual users.
- Maintain JSOC shift logs with relevant activity from the shift.
- Document investigation results, ensuring relevant details are passed to tier 2 for final event analysis.
- Update or reference JSOC collaboration tool as necessary for changes to JSOC process and procedure as well as ingest JSOC daily intelligence reports and previous shift logs.
· Conduct security research and intelligence gathering on emerging threats and exploits.
· Perform additional auxiliary responsibilities as outlined in the console monitoring procedure.

The Cyber Security team is part of the Technology Department within the Cyber Security, Governance & Technology Compliance Division. The team is responsible for managing Information Security portfolio at Jazz. The Cyber Security is responsible for end to end security of jazz that includes developing policy, procedures, application security, network security, system security, end point security, logs monitoring, vulnerability assessment, security awareness, incident detection and response.
The structure of the team you will join is:
· A 11-member team (including the department head) with responsibility of Cyber Security IT & Network planning and Governance, Applications Assurance and Security Monitoring & Incident Response
· You will be part of a 9-members team reporting to a Stream Head Cyber Security.

Your role

A bit about us:
Product Development team is part of the Product Development & PMO within Marketing. The team is mainly responsible for handling all commercial, finance, marketing, customer experience, digital, technical and regulatory projects.
The structure of the team you will join is:
· A 14 members team (including the department head) with 03 sub teams
· You will be part of a 07 members sub-team reporting to Head of Product Conception
The two (04) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· New Idea generation and Business Requirement Document creation for multiple products and BSS Systems.
· Business Case review and Cost/Benefit analysis of various products/change requests.

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
· Understand the current channel processes in place.
· Develop an in-depth understanding of channel digitalization.

- Preparation and dissemination of timely reports to channel.
- Understand all the channel queries with respect to products, promos, agent onboarding, cash management solutions and new system developments.

- Build rapport with stakeholders such as regional teams, MMBL operations team and DFS Executives to work along the to achieve company goal.

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like

30 Days:

· Get on board with the strategy and start to liaison with technology, consumer, channel, partnership teams and payment schemes

60 – 90 Days:
· Understand merchant requirements and design products that meet merchant requirements
· Develop a product roadmap, spelling out the line of up products (for e.g. QR, mPOs, tap on glass, NFC etc) that will lead JazzCash to be the best in class payment acceptance company in Pakistan

Your role

You will become a bridge between external and internal stakeholders for developing new business streams for usage on wallets and building a scalable infrastructure; where your internal stakeholders may include Products, Channel, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Mobilink Microfinance bank.
