Come tutti i call center si richiedono delle competenze e dei risultati. Niente di nuovo insomma. C'è molta pressione per il raggiungimento dei risultati ma se c'è un buon ambiente e colleghi buoni si va avanti. Non per sempre.

Worked there for a few years. Lovely staff but stressful role (due to the types of customers that tend to come through). They do however seem to care about your mental health and wellbeing.

Friendly and very supportive great team. Very happy working with Vodafone.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The only tip I would say some days can be challenging but on the hand it's all about a good attitude and knowing once you approach each customer your day will come thrumps. Regarding targets. Its a numbers game.

Very positive. And anything is possible.
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Assisting customers with all different queries. And maintaining a positive attitude. One smile can change someone's day. Being approachable.

Δύσκολες μέρες με άπειρες κλησεις και με απαιτήσεις για μεγαλύτερα αποτελεσματα.
Συνεχείς πιέσεις για να μη βγαινουμεnot ready.
Όταν ζητούσες να φύγεις μισή ώρα πριν το τέλος της βάρδιας για χ λόγους σου έλεγαν όχι.
Δεν ειδοποιησαν για την απολυση ουτε πτοστατευουν τους υπαλλήλους που κατά τα άλλα για το φαίνεστε είναι οικογένεια.
