Its always shorthanded, less and less employees working in a branch, sales goals & bottom line are their number one priority

If you are in with management you will be fine , managers will lie to get what they want. Watch your back.

The branch is normally short staffed all the time. Sales goals are top priority.

Working with a bad employee. She would embarrass me in front of the customers everyday. It was a nightmare and very stressful to work with her.

The technology is lacking, benefits are bare minimum and management is terrible

Typical day was slow
Technology was probably 10 years behind other banks at best
Nothing was hard about this job
Customers were best part about job
Management was all about numbers and what you sold for you to move up but did not want to help develop you so you could succeed and stick that broke the camel's back was having a health condition

False sense of inclusion

Almost 5 yrs now. In the beginning they stress work life balance .. which you have PTO and they don’t allow you 40 hrs a week, it’s 37.5 so you are kinda in charge of that anyway. Not real sure what they have to do with it. Management, my office and others, seem to really need an overhaul. Some have just been in the position too long and need a refresher. Others, no resources available so barely head above water. We will see what comes available and I’ll be on my way. I’m worth more and I take pride in the work I do .. shame it isn’t recognized there.
