The role liaises with Sales to identify insurance partners suited for FIRST’s solutions and formally establishes project management plans in order to implement solutions. This role requires a strong focus on the client experience, a thorough understanding of FIRST’s solutions, leadership acumen, and a good grasp of project management methodologies.</p><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role, located in our Vancouver, BC office. Occasional domestic travel will be required.<br /> </p><p><b><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in client or partner discussions about FIRST’s technical solutions and integrations. Responsible for ensuring that Sales and clients/partners understand how the solutions work technically and how they will meet the clients’ needs. Follow up on these discussions with action plans to move projects forward.</li><li>Plan and perform user acceptance testing, working with technical counterparts on the client side to share and analyze testing results.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct post-implementation reviews to assess how solutions and integrations are performing. Pull data reports, review with stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Develop written technical specifications for customizations and bug fixes; document workflows and standard operating procedures as they relate to FIRST’s technical solutions.</li><li>Provide intermediate to advanced troubleshooting support on issues with integrations raised by internal and external users</li><li>Perform other administrative and testing functions as determined by project need.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:</span></b></p><ul><li>High attention to detail and quality of work</li><li>A natural leader with a proven track record of positively influencing outcomes</li><li>Strong capacity to manage one’s time and prioritize competing activities independently</li><li>A problem-solver, self-starter and collaborative team player</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients</li><li>Flexible and willing to adapt to change</li><li>Advanced understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Training / Education / Experience Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries</li><li>Project management and/or ITIL training is an asset </li><li>French bilingualism is an asset, but not mandatory</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. The role liaises with Sales to identify insurance partners suited for FIRST’s solutions and formally establishes project management plans in order to implement solutions. This role requires a strong focus on the client experience, a thorough understanding of FIRST’s solutions, leadership acumen, and a good grasp of project management methodologies.</p><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role, located in our Vancouver, BC office. Occasional domestic travel will be required.<br /> </p><p><b><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in client or partner discussions about FIRST’s technical solutions and integrations. Responsible for ensuring that Sales and clients/partners understand how the solutions work technically and how they will meet the clients’ needs. Follow up on these discussions with action plans to move projects forward.</li><li>Plan and perform user acceptance testing, working with technical counterparts on the client side to share and analyze testing results.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct post-implementation reviews to assess how solutions and integrations are performing.
