The role liaises with Sales to identify insurance partners suited for FIRST’s solutions and formally establishes project management plans in order to implement solutions. This role requires a strong focus on the client experience, a thorough understanding of FIRST’s solutions, leadership acumen, and a good grasp of project management methodologies.</p><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role, located in our Vancouver, BC office. Occasional domestic travel will be required.<br /> </p><p><b><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in client or partner discussions about FIRST’s technical solutions and integrations. Responsible for ensuring that Sales and clients/partners understand how the solutions work technically and how they will meet the clients’ needs. Follow up on these discussions with action plans to move projects forward.</li><li>Plan and perform user acceptance testing, working with technical counterparts on the client side to share and analyze testing results.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct post-implementation reviews to assess how solutions and integrations are performing. Pull data reports, review with stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Develop written technical specifications for customizations and bug fixes; document workflows and standard operating procedures as they relate to FIRST’s technical solutions.</li><li>Provide intermediate to advanced troubleshooting support on issues with integrations raised by internal and external users</li><li>Perform other administrative and testing functions as determined by project need.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:</span></b></p><ul><li>High attention to detail and quality of work</li><li>A natural leader with a proven track record of positively influencing outcomes</li><li>Strong capacity to manage one’s time and prioritize competing activities independently</li><li>A problem-solver, self-starter and collaborative team player</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients</li><li>Flexible and willing to adapt to change</li><li>Advanced understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Training / Education / Experience Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries</li><li>Project management and/or ITIL training is an asset </li><li>French bilingualism is an asset, but not mandatory</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Tracks all issues requiring corrective action and follows up to ensure corrective action has been taken.</li><li>Conduct investigations for any circumstances around non-compliance determining root cause, extend of resulting losses and develop corrective action plan.</li><li>Coordinate preparation of support documentation for various compliance and audit requests. Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken, performs follow up to assure corrective action was taken.</li><li>Oversee or conduct BSA monitoring and research activities.</li><li>Monitor, track and follow up on quality control review findings based on established methodology.</li><li>Assist in coordination and execution of FIRST Canada BCP Activities</li><li>Assist VP Quality and Compliance in monitoring and coordination with all aspects of the Wintrust Risk and Compliance framework. </li><li>Assist in the process management and research for special investigations</li><li>Ensure adherence to corporate policy and procedure.</li><li>Gather weekly, monthly and quarterly department metrics for reporting to senior and executive management.</li><li>General Leadership/Management Responsibilities and Expectations:</li></ul><p><span>#LI-HYBRID</span></p>

The role liaises with Sales to identify insurance partners suited for FIRST’s solutions and formally establishes project management plans in order to implement solutions. This role requires a strong focus on the client experience, a thorough understanding of FIRST’s solutions, leadership acumen, and a good grasp of project management methodologies.</p><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role, located in our Vancouver, BC office. Occasional domestic travel will be required.<br /> </p><p><b><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</span></b></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in client or partner discussions about FIRST’s technical solutions and integrations. Responsible for ensuring that Sales and clients/partners understand how the solutions work technically and how they will meet the clients’ needs. Follow up on these discussions with action plans to move projects forward.</li><li>Plan and perform user acceptance testing, working with technical counterparts on the client side to share and analyze testing results.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to conduct post-implementation reviews to assess how solutions and integrations are performing. Pull data reports, review with stakeholders and make recommendations for improvements.</li><li>Develop written technical specifications for customizations and bug fixes; document workflows and standard operating procedures as they relate to FIRST’s technical solutions.</li><li>Provide intermediate to advanced troubleshooting support on issues with integrations raised by internal and external users</li><li>Perform other administrative and testing functions as determined by project need.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:</span></b></p><ul><li>High attention to detail and quality of work</li><li>A natural leader with a proven track record of positively influencing outcomes</li><li>Strong capacity to manage one’s time and prioritize competing activities independently</li><li>A problem-solver, self-starter and collaborative team player</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Experience providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients</li><li>Flexible and willing to adapt to change</li><li>Advanced understanding of technical concepts and a willingness to expand knowledge in this area</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Training / Education / Experience Qualifications: </b></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industries</li><li>Project management and/or ITIL training is an asset </li><li>French bilingualism is an asset, but not mandatory</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
