As a WeightWatchers Coach you will be responsible for creating an inclusive, in-person community through facilitating a customer-focused workshop centered on wellness and building healthy habits.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>The Location</b></b></p><p><span>This job opportunity is in Geelong Area </span><span> for the below listed workshops</span><span> with the potential to grow your hours in our lines of business with the Company! </span></p><p></p><p><b>Tuesday 9-11am</b></p><p><b>Wednesday 6-8pm</b></p><p><b>Thursday 9-11am</b></p><p><b>Saturday 9-11am</b></p><p></p><p><b><b>What you’ll be doing</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Delivering Workshop experience (facilitating and coaching)<span> - providing supportive Wellness Check-in; delivering the workshop topic in a fun and engaging way; utilising facilitation skills to keep the discussion relevant and flowing; creating a safe space; celebrating member successes; supporting members to build healthy habits; creating supporting members to set actions for the coming week and; delivering an effective new member orientation</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Driving member recruitment and retention -<span> delivering consistent on-brand member experience; driving member referrals; developing personal connections with members; engaging in WW community both through social media and Connect (WW’s in-app social media platform); performing member care tasks weekly</span></p></li><li><p>Maintaining and increasing product sales<span> - tailor recommendations of WW products and offerings and drive sales, seeking to understand member needs and pain points and using your knowledge to help build healthy habits</span></p></li><li><p>Community involvement<span> - Be a WW brand ambassador in the local community; attracting new members and representing WW in local events if required</span></p></li><li><p>Conducting Orientation <span>- You will conduct new member orientations to ensure new members understand the current WW program and start immediately on their wellness journeys. </span></p></li></ul><p><br /> </p><p><b><b>Who are you?</b></b></p><p><span>If our Company’s purpose: to inspire healthy habits for real life, appeals to you, and you want to use your experience in helping to shape the future of WW, then read on…</span></p><p> </p><p><span>A WW Coach must :</span></p><p> </p><ul><li><p><span>Be a strong facilitator</span></p></li><li><p><span>Empathetic</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be comfortable with rapid change</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have strong coaching skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have excellent time management and organisation skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have a strong business acumen</span></p></li><li><p><span>Have excellent listening and communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be tech-savvy across various tools and platforms, including G Suites.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>There is a need for WW Coaches to store and transport WW products and equipment.
