This role will assist in the set-up, review, and ongoing management of all mortgage warehouse facilities as required. This role will interact with FP&amp;A, Accounting, Treasury and ZHL operational teams to optimize warehouse borrowing activities and provide analytics and reporting.</p><p></p><h2><b>You will:</b></h2><ul><li>Stay in sync with the internal and external reporting and payment deadlines related to the accrual, allocation, and recording of interest and other financing costs related to debt, including administration of required external debt service payments.</li><li>Communicate and work with banks, third party vendors, internal and external counsel on issues related to various components of the debt portfolio, and legal guidance as it pertains to compliance and contract negotiations. Participate as part of the working group for all debt creation.</li><li>Review and assist in contractual negotiations of new debt facilities.</li><li>Build and maintain a cash flow model that accurately predicts future funding requirements and investor loan settlements.</li><li>Supervise and reconcile all reserve accounts in order to maintain adequate funding levels to support financing activities.</li><li>Collaborate with Accounting, FP&amp;A and Legal to ensure, Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual compliance of all covenants, regulations, and notifications per the terms of each warehouse agreement.</li><li>Prepare annual debt service budget. Perform extensive analysis and prepare documentation to support budget projections.</li><li>Ensure warehouse utilization is appropriate within use constraints and applied timely. Track inventory aging and work with operational teams to address aged inventory.</li><li>Support long term capital markets activities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. Develop and monitor Debt operational policies.
