In the lower level salary is very poor, no scope of good career at all.
AVG increment is lower side in comparison to market for starting level and upto manager level.
For higher grades it is good. So, it is advisable to join this company in the sr. Manager and above.

Overall the work at TPDDL gives a great sense of satisfaction Of course it depends on the department you are working for Some departments are over burdened with work and people work in odd hours while in some departments and districts there is least pressure salary wise you will find disparity in the same rank only when you will be in the company A lot of CSR activities do happen for which Tata is known gives you inner satisfaction Management is cool and approachable to everyone particularly to those working at bottom level
