Honestly, I think the starting pay is low and it’s easy to get stuck working over night shifts. It’s hard to take PTO during holidays and weekends because those days are taken fast. The job can be stressful and micromanagement is at an ultimate high in this department on the overnight shift. Benefits are pretty descent and you will always have help if you have questions about the job. Supervisors are really cool and laid back. Everyone is nice and cordial. Overall if you like having a social life and if you have children don’t sign up for overnights and weeks.
