Everything else about the organization: exceptionally poor management and leadership; lied to employees about sale of the company; example: could only get a free cup of coffee on Fridays if: 1 - you wore the company pin 2 - you used the company cup 3 - you wore a blue shirt. The sad thing is that I'm not making this up.
