Flight Benefits What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Mandatory overtime, sketchy lawyers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? A bit much. Not comfortable or relaxing in any stretch of the imagination. Prepare yourself, this job will suck the life out of you, leaving you sad and defenseless. The pay is good so you decide to stay and every day you pray before your shift that you have the strength and courage to get through it. At the end of your shift you cry. Not bad if you come from culinary, waitress or bartending experience. It was a lot for the pay rate, but good to get ur foot in the door of the airline industry. I loved working with the customers and did not mind the early hours. However, the management and leads were distant and mean at times. The other CS Agents on Probation were very competitive and clicky It reminded me of a high school where everyone is being fake all the time. The workplace culture is one of confusing rules, ie I was told to come in even if I was contagious with covid or the flu or I would eventually lose my job. Well, I didn't come in when I had covid and the flu and was TERMINATED due to two absences. But, not before they made sure I was there long enough to have the union take $250 out of my check. Best part was probably the benefits What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Many things were stressful but the most stressful part for me was the scheduling and attendance policy. As well as the lack of flexibility. They have a HIGH turnover rate. When I started there were 7 of us colleagues hired. Within less than 5 months, there are only 2 out of the 7 hires left. Everyone else has resigned within months. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Toxic. Not enough support What is a typical day like for you at the company? Non stop calls.
