Management outside the Client Center should take a hard look as to how the Client Center is run. Senior leadership must improve its communication and practice what they preach to keep talent from walking out the door. Local leaders must demonstrate respect for their teams and make reality based decisions on Workload, resources and staffing. Senior leadership in the client center must get better at providing direction for staff. Listen to your teams as they are in the frontline and can provide real-time information. It can be a great place to work if they local senior leadership is improved.

90% of employees have been there 20 or more years and lack the intelligence level of an 8th grader. In an age where EVERYTHING can be done electronically they have stacks and stacks of paper that literally cover entire office floors. This is due to their inability to employ people intelligent to function in an electronic world. No room for growth. There are bullies in the office who get jealous/protective of their cushion-y roles, and no one cares about being nice to each other. Really uncomfortable place to work. I complained about a particular bully who speaks to others in a very inappropriate manner and 1 week later I was told I was being RIF'd as part of the TRUIST merger. Coincidence? I don't think so. Since the remote work order of COVID-19 at least 75% of the staff have become non-functional because they can barely power up their laptops. Completely understaffed which makes they ability to service clients in an efficient manner impossible. HR is non-existent across the board. Whenever I have had a question/complaint they simply say you'll have to ask your manager. In one instance I wanted to file a complaint about my manager and I was denied the right to do so.

I would advise them to take stock in the more intelligent, advanced people they have and retain them but ultimately their goal is to systematically get rid of people until they are in dire straits, from a client servicing position, and then they will finish what they started and outsource entirely to India.
