The Best Job I Ever Had
|
Working at Beachbody allowed me to have a worklife balance and I’m truly grateful for that. Unfortunately I got laid off at Beachbody, but I want to think everyone that I worked with it was truly amazing.

Fun but competitive

Was difficult to get along with other lady’s but also met some cool people in the long run. It was very competitive, sometimes people were helpful but it was really difficult to work with some people

Was okay. Wasn’t the best nor the worst place I’ve worked for before. They did however deal with harassment very quickly and due to that it made it easier to get through the day.

MLM, made some good money, helped a lot of people. Structure keeps changing. Requires a lot of work. Most people don’t make money but it’s possible. If I didn’t sign up 10 yeas ago I probably wouldn’t do it today. Very saturated.

People are great
|
People are great. Supportive management. Plenty of days off. They provide a company holiday before or after the long weekend to make it extra long weekend for their employees. Job stability is not there, layoffs are frequent which definitely is not a great motivator for growth.

It's okay

I worked there for a while and the best part of the company is the employees truly. The management was okay but there was definitely preferrential treatment between regular call center employees and the diamond line. The hardest part of the job was the constant abuse from angry, racist customers.

Flexible hours but hard to build a team

This is a MLM which I believe the goal of helping people is great but it’s hard to continue to make money since you need to build a team to get the most benefit.

Overall it was a great atmosphere. A lot of great perks if you prefer that over promotion. The company picks and chooses who they want to promote and it’s not based on performance.
