Not only entrepreneurial in spirit, but actively encourages asking intelligent questions. Changing from a meritocracy to more of an inclusive environment—ESG which is putting in place a stronger mentoring network and allyship efforts. Blackstone does put a considerable effort to focus on the positive message, and is relatively transparent. Middle managers do have a hard time managing teams with business objectives. There business model clearly works for most!
