I've been through so many jobs, I had to job hop throughout the last two years of how bad it is to find a great job these days.
This is by far the best job I have ever had in life. The pay is great, they are fair with overtime and they have plenty of overtime. It's really a stress free job. They buy you your tools, and the boot voucher for red wing is at 325! This company is amazing. I have no negative thing to say about this company whats so ever. It's a positive work environment, ZERO micromanaging and like I mentioned before it's a stress free job. You can make your own hours, you get about 120 hours of PTO on your first year! I just love this company. You can be your authentic self which is liberating

It's common knowledge that new accounts can difficult at the start and that adjustments will likely be needed, so it was disheartening when it became obvious that basic processes needed improvement, but little action was taken even when the client voiced their dissatisfaction . Unfortunately, this led led to staff members leaving and a termination of the contract 2 1/2 years into a 5-year contract. The account and the leader of the account can make all the difference one way or the other.
