This is by far the best job I have ever had in life. The pay is great, they are fair with overtime and they have plenty of overtime. It's really a stress free job. They buy you your tools, and the boot voucher for red wing is at 325! This company is amazing. I have no negative thing to say about this company whats so ever. It's a positive work environment, ZERO micromanaging and like I mentioned before it's a stress free job. You can make your own hours, you get about 120 hours of PTO on your first year! I just love this company. You can be your authentic self which is liberating I can't think of any really! Unfortunately, this led led to staff members leaving and a termination of the contract 2 1/2 years into a 5-year contract.
