Understandably based on jobs, health, too hot, cold or wet weather conditions. Compensation is good, assignments are fun/interesting/challenging. Appropriate training was provided although there were additional unexpected tasks added at times, it was never overwhelming. Very laid back environment during slow times. Is an insular environment and primary hiring criteria is unquestioning loyalty to head of office, with skill set a remote second. Being part of the inner circle has many benefits, but if you’re not, you probably won’t enjoy the experience. There is significant talent throughout the ranks, including management, but is severely hindered by yes culture.
