Although the experience was great, I made met amazing people (con workers) and they had some great fun events, there was a lot of favoritism with management and supervisors.

It’s ok here

Before I would have said that the job was quite simple and if you loved repetition this is the place to be. However, within the last few years chewy has been undergoing change after change after change. Normally that’s ok but chewy use to stand on its own compared to other pet company’s. It appears now they are attempting to move like Amazon, and if you know how Amazon moves then you’ll understand what I mean (when it comes to management and employees). In regard to the actual fraud work here it is pretty simple. The work is ok but as far as management is concerned they are listen less to employees and focusing more on numbers.

Fast faced, good time off

Very fast paced environment. Leadership was okay, could get stressful at times. Time off policy was good, 4 day week 10 hour shifts. Cross training is nice.

The company values seem to really matter, which is a nice change of pace, but the pay was not competitive for the role. WFH with very little ability to take breaks, use the restroom, etc. without it counting against you.

I personally liked the work environment, but the hours were long and you're on your feet for a long time. If you haven't had a super physical job, be ready for sore feet and a broken back. The pay is also good.
