The small book of business does lead to less commission especially compared to other big retail banks, but base pay makes up for it.

The mentality of Comerica’s upper management has become very demoralizing for branch management. They come in and score the manager each month and it is demoralizing and demotivating to the entire staff. It is to a point now after nearly two years where clearly they just never think anyone in Retail Bank is doing anything right.
