I have definitely learned Time Management over the years as we are responsible for managing our own quarterly 8 hours of Personal Growth Development Time, as Well as our Paid Time Off hours to use for both vacation and sick days through the year.
The work place culture at Capital One is very Diverse and I have always loved that about this company. I enjoy learning from other cultures and since being sent to work from home in 2020 I have worked remotely with many diverse Co workers.

Me myself I don't feel like any part about working for the company was stressful but some of my fellow co-workers did admit that dealing with rude and obnoxious customers was pretty stressful
