Account Team Manager - Consumer Sales
Purpose
To lead, manage and develop Newborn Stem Cell Educators (NSCE) and Senior Newborn Stem Cell Educators (SNSCE) to meet individual, team and department goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coach NSCE and SNSCE to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and client service goals
Train and develop direct reports to constantly improve sales performance
Ensure quality standards are met per company Quality Policy
Analyze sales data to identify best practices and areas of opportunity
Monitor direct reports’ calls to ensure accuracy of information and client service standards are met
Monitor direct reports’ activity and productivity to ensure timely follow up
Review recorded calls with direct reports to identify best practices and areas of opportunity
Execute Consumer Sales initiatives across team in timely and efficient manner
Remain current with all activities and follow ups
Remain current with all training and other administrative tasks and ensure direct reports are current as well
Lead team, department, center meetings and sales trainings or initiatives as necessary
Adhere to all Consumer Sales processes and policies
Ensure client data, including personal, credit card and medical information is protected through self and direct reports’ adherence to CBR’s Data Protection Policy (CBR-POL-LGL-00003)
Initiate and / or review document change orders
Coordinate and / or assist with the training of new staff
Participate in employee evaluations / performance reviews
Assist in the interview and selection process of new employees
Generate Incident Reports to capture client and other relevant issues
Create all appropriate employee schedules to meet call volume needs
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervise a team of employees in the NSCE and SNSCE role. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

The accounts payable ("A/P") manages daily accounts payable functions including processing and payment of invoices.
You Will:
Process multiple types of accounts payable transactions including tracking and data entry of vendor invoices and associate expense reports to internal accounting system, along with processing of on-demand check requests.
File open and paid vendor invoices and receivers. Distribute copies of required invoices.
Review and match open invoices to open receivers and purchase orders. Code non-purchase order invoices and obtain proper approvals where necessary for processing.
Process payments for check run by pulling processed and entered invoices then attaching to printed checks for back-up. Verify approvals are in place and appropriate signatures are on the check before mailing.
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments.
Daily balancing of A/P transactions including invoices and checks.
Review and verify statements received from vendors for accuracy. Research and investigate vendor discrepancies, and internal inquiries promptly. This may involve interaction with other departments within the business, and outside vendors.
Review and verify open purchase order amount before month end accounting close for identifying potential accruals on purchase orders not processed by department or received by A/P.
On a monthly basis verify all open inventory receivers for goods received not invoiced (GRNI) ensuring vendor has not invoiced the Company.
Print open invoices and any vendor inquiries received in the accounts payable Email daily. Also process and answer all email inquiries promptly.
Support on the preparation of the Vendor purchases tax file for the government.
Help maintain accurate cashflow projections Accounts Payable to support the treasury function.
Support quarterly/annual all third-party SOX audits.
You Have:
Technical degree in accounting is required.
Required experience dealing with invoice processing and 3-way match.
Experience with month end closing procedures.
Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products to include Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, Outlook.
Very proficient in data entry activities and process high volume of invoices.
Familiarity with general office equipment.
Must be a team player who is detailed.

Position Summary:
The accounts payable (“A/P”) associate is responsible for the day to day accounts payable functions including processing and payment of invoices in a fast paced, high volume A/P environment.
Essential Functions:
Process, verify and reconcile various types of accounts payable invoices.
Track vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
File open and paid vendor invoices and receivers accurately. Distributes copies of required invoices as needed.
Review and match open invoices to open receivers and purchase orders.
Code non-purchase order invoices and obtain proper approvals where necessary for processing.
Process payments for check run by pulling invoices, printing checks and then attaching backup to printed checks. Verify approvals are in place and appropriate signatures are on the check prior to mailing.
Responds timely and professionally to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments.
Daily balancing of A/P transactions including invoices and checks.
Review and verify statements received from vendors for accuracy. Research and investigate vendor discrepancies, as well as internal inquiries in a timely manner. This may involve interaction with other departments within the business, as well as outside vendors.
Review and verify open receivers for items not related to inventory to identify potential accruals.
On a monthly basis verify all open inventory receivers for goods received not invoiced (GRNI) ensuring vendor has not invoiced the Company.
Verify and identify invoices that need to be accrued and provide copies as needed to supervisor.
Assist with month end close
Account Reconciliation on various general ledger accounts.
Other duties as designated by management.
Qualifications:
Three to five years Accounts Payable processing experience required. Experience with a manufacturing company dealing with three way matching, inventory and expense items.
At least an Associate Degree in accounting or related field
Experience with month end closing procedures.
Knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures to include a good understanding of accruals and prepaid accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to process high volumes of invoices accurately.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a team player who is detail and process oriented with the ability to multi-task.

Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to support the sales efforts of the India Business Manager within the country. This support involves developing and expanding sales in the International Business Unit by assisting existing and new independent distributors / Hospitals / Clinics to assure that sales goals are met and customer needs are satisfied.
He/ she will be responsible for developing and implementing in-country clinical and technical product training for distributor reps, visiting physicians and hospitals to promote our clinical solutions, and supporting the sales within the territory where appropriate.
Essential Functions:
1. Identifies and prioritizes with NBM the distributors / Hospitals / Clinics that represent a business opportunity for CSI products. Develops training programs including presentation translations, as appropriate and implement in-country training sessions as needed.
2. Calls on physicians, hospitals, and other medical facilities with or without distributor reps to promote and educate the various benefits of using CooperSurgical products in their clinical practice and / or operating room.
3. Assists NBM with the identification and development of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the territory.
4. Assists NBM in the Identification and development of new distributor relationships for focus products opportunities in the territory.
5. Handles distributor and customer requests for product information, including literature, videos, product descriptions, training materials, promotional and marketing material, etc.
6. Develops copy and content for territory-specific newsletter for distributors.
7. Individual must compile weekly and monthly activity reports and submit them to the NBM in a complete and timely fashion.
8. Attends medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops as appropriate.
9. May perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years’ medical experience to include prior experience in a customer service or account management environment. Ability to work well with both internal departments and external customers.
2. Surgical, Office product knowledge in addition to familiarity with medical and surgical procedures. Must understand and be able to communicate the value of clinical expertise to provide solutions. Must have some OR training and experience.
3. Must be an ambitious self starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal day to day management.
4. Registered nurse, Bachelor's degree in Sciences, or a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in medical equipment and consumables sales and marketing
5. Expected to travel 75% of the time on average.
6. Passing of background check which may include verification of prior employment, criminal conviction history, educational and driving records.

Summary:

Potential Donor Assistance
Acts as initial point of contact for potential donors by answering incoming phone calls and scheduling potential donor appointments (if applicable).
Performs virtual potential donor appointments. Virtual potential donor appointments will include: a medical social history interview and general Q+A session about the program.

· Informs donors of any applicable notifications, including but not limited to blood draws, urine collection, and physicals
Donor Coordinator Assistance
· Assists with monitoring qualified donors including inactivity, vial limits, blood draws, and physical examinations.
· Assists with monitoring next to last and final blood draws, and contacts donors as necessary (if applicable)
· Assists with coordination of remote blood draws between the donor, and LabCorp/PSC (if applicable)
· Assists with chart scanning and other tasks related to chart management
· Assists with sorting and mailing of donor checks (when applicable).
· Assists with preparing paperwork for physical examinations and communication with physician’s offices (if applicable).
· Assists with preparing Donor Products (when applicable).
· Other administrative duties and clerical tasks (such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning and collating) as necessary.
· Other duties and projects as required.
Education and/or Experience:
· Associate’s Degree minimum (Bachelor’s preferred) and two to four years related experience and/or training.
Other Qualifications:
Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent project management and customer service skills
High level of interpersonal skills to interact with donors, peers and management
Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with laboratory and medical terminology and ability to travel as required.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
